The device is supplied packaged, with all device components except the extension and plaster frame stored inside the device. Do not remove the protective cover from the front of the device. Opening the device cover must be performed by a licensed electrician.
Position the device according to the architectural plan.
When using the device for walls greater than 200 mm, install one or more extension pipes.
Secure the extension pipe using self-drilling screws.
Secure the device body to the casting formwork using nails through the designated holes.
On-Site Casting Instructions
The MAZAM model cable transit device will be supplied packaged and sealed, with all components including the plaster extension supplied inside the kit and the extension pipe provided as required.
Position the device according to the architectural plan, do not extend beyond the mamad wall and ceiling.
When using the device in walls greater than 200 mm, install one or more extension pipes as needed. The product is suitable for wall thicknesses of 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 cm and is not intended for steel walls 80 cm thick. For wall thicknesses of 25, 35, 45 cm, cut 5 cm from the extension pipe.
Secure the device body to the casting formwork using nails through the designated holes.
Support the device to the casting formwork and level horizontally and vertically.

Guidelines for Using Telescopic Plaster Frame
The telescopic plaster frame allows adjustment of the device plane to the interior plaster plane.
Pull the plaster frame without removing the cover from the concrete plane up to 50 mm according to the plaster thickness in the mamad.
Secure the telescopic plaster frame using the 4 wedges.
Perform plastering work flush with the frame plane.
Do not remove the protective cover from the front of the device frame.
Guidelines for Connecting and Sealing Cables and Cable Infrastructure (Power Cable)
Remove the screws from the cover.
Pull the cover from its position.
Remove the brass nuts from the nipples, do not remove the nipples from the steel plate.
Use appropriate nipples and sealing rings.

Thread the nut onto the cable.
Thread the appropriate sealing ring and then insert the cable into the nipple opening to the desired depth.
